Heavyline collects the information you enter in our freight quote and recruitment forms so we can respond to your request, assess an opportunity and provide transportation services.

What we collect

Depending on the form, this may include your name, company, phone number, email address, freight details, route, timing, equipment and work experience.

How forms are processed

Website submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Heavyline by email. FormSubmit states that submissions are retained for up to 30 days. Do not submit banking details, government identification, licence copies, health information or other sensitive documents through these forms.

How we use and share information

We use submitted information only to respond, quote work, plan transportation or discuss employment and owner-operator opportunities. We do not sell website-submission information. We may share information when needed to provide a requested service or when required by law.
